This Aristarco AS45.30E Undercounter glasswasher is manufactured with a double skinned door and body helping to reduce both Noise and Energy consumption. Fitted with Electronic controls, Green function during non washing cycles, Soft start wash pump function and detergent, rinseaid and drain pumps as standard.

Basket size; - 450 x 450mm with a load height of 300mm
Output - Upto 40 baskets/hour
Operation;
Electronic controls with colour code switch
Choice of 4 washing cycles - Light (1.5 mins), STD ( 2 minutes), Heavy (3 mins) Intense (9 mins) -
Wash programs times can be adjusted to meet customer requirements
Forced drain function - this can be set to inform the operator when the water in the wash tank needs to be drained and refilled so always washing with clean water - ideal for heavy use sites
Cleaning function - at the end of the day an automatic cleaning cycle of the wash tanks takes place
Green function - puts the machine into standby when not being used
Water consumption per wash is 2 litres
Tank capacity = 18 litres with rinse boiler capacity of 5 litres
Fitted with thermostop - this only allows the machine to operate when the rinse and wash temperature are reached - this guarantees hygienic washing
Hot rinse
Cold water feed (between 10 & 50ºC) with a supply pressure between 2 and 5 bar
Standard features;
Inbuilt water softener - this can be set to suit the hardness of the water
Electric Detergent & Rinse aid pumps
Drain pump fitted as standard
Plastic wash pump filter, protects the pump from risk of blockage - removable for cleaning
Front control panel slides out to allow easy access for maintenance
Component diagnosis - the engineer can test if all components are working correctly so reducing repair times
Automatic end of day self cleaning of water tank
Soft start operation of wash pumps - increases pump life
Removable stainless steel wash and rinse arms to top and bottom
Automatic filling
Door microswitch - stops wash arms rotating when door is opened
Anti back flow valve
Component diagnosis function - a service engineer can check which components need attention

304 Stainless steel Double skinned body - reduces noise level and saves energy by reducing heat loss
316 Marine grade stainless steel boiler
Stainless steel wash and rinse arms - do not get brittle and crack like plastic ones
Preformed basket runners allow easy cleaning of the interior
