We offer free delivery to mainland UK destinations. We are also happy to quote you for delivery offshore by airfreight or by sea freight. Certain oversized items will incur a delivery charge, as will some Highland locations. Please ask the sales team for full information.
Many of our items are available ex stock but some are made to order, please enquire if you need an urgent delivery.
Our standard delivery option is kerbside only. Please note the driver will not unpack or site the goods. Goods must not be moved from point of delivery until unpacked and thoroughly checked for damage. If goods have moved from point of delivery (ie - going inside the building) claims for damage will be rejected. We will require photographic evidence of damage and showing position of goods to enable a claim to be processed. You have a maximum of 24 hours to report damage and submit the images.
It is your responsibility to check the equipment will fit through doors.
Timed deliveries can sometimes be arranged. If only smaller vehicles can access the site, then you MUST let us know in advance as deliveries can be made on vehicles up to 18 tonne. Abortive deliveries will be charged if you have not advised us of this fact.
