Giorik manufacture 2 Versions of the Steambox Evolution ovens R models and the H models. The R models are direct steam only with 7" Touchscreen programmable controls, 2 Steam control levels, 9 cooking phases in each program, Liquid automatic wash system. The H models are the High end versions fitted with Steam Boiler, 10" Intuitive programmable touchscreen controls, Choice of Tablet or liquid wash system, Smart cook system which automatically calculates the cooking times depending on weight of products. Both versions have multi shelf cooking timers, automatic fan reversing cooking fans and core cooking probe supplied.
