The Ubert RT408 is a compact high volume electric rotisserie ideal for Retail outlets and other high volume operations. The rotisserie is fitted with glass doors to both sides, allowing loading of raw product to be kept away from unloading cooked. The latest Ubert "Grilling technology" combines both convected heat and quartz grilling lamp to give a "crispy" browned finish to chickens and roast. The rotisserie is supplied with 6 fork spits as standard ideal for grilling whole birds, but a range of basket options are available allowing other types of products to be cooked - roasts, pies etc.,

Pass thru doors - allows raw and cooked product to be kept apart
Doors are double paned and cool to touch - the inner glass panels opens allowing easy cleaning of the outer door
Easy to use manual controls - with Spit rotation button on the customer side to allow easy unloading
Capacity - 40-48 birds (1.1kg) or 85kg grilled products
Grilling technology - Convected heat and Quartz grilling light produces chicken that are tender and juicy on the inside whilst crispy on the outside
Manual timer 0 - 120 minutes
Black laminated - glass finish to both doors & enamelled black finish to control panels
Glass door both sides - pass thru or solid back option (same price)
Left hand hinged door as standard but can be supplied right hand hinged on request at no extra cost
Fitted with interior light
Supplied with 8 fork spits as standard
Easy to clean - removeable grease tray, disc, rotor assembly, drip pans and spits all removable without the need of tools
