These revolutionary CB Hi Speed Infra red electric rotisseries, are designed to allow you to cook different products, whole chicken, meat and poultry portions, ribs, boneless joints of meat, fish, vegetables etc all at the same time. Each spit has its own cooking programme with its own timer. The Infra red heating element gives high intensity heat directed into the product - this not only gives fast cooking times it gives a "crispy" finish without burning.

Each spit has its own Touchscreen programmable timer with inbuilt timer - allows multi product cooking
Fast cooking times - whole chicken 1kg 60 mins, 2kg beef joint 30 mins (rare), 1kg sliced potatoes 45 mins, baby rack of ribs 30 mins, whole fish 25 mins, 1kg leg of lamb 70 mins see "Cooking times" in Document section
Infra red element is easy to clean
Supplied with 8 spits - 2 x fork spits, 2 x spatchcock/portion spit, 1 x roast spit, 2 x grid spit, 1 x potato basket spit
Fitted with vertical sliding glass door - reduces front to back foot print
Slide out grease tray is fitted with drain tap, making cleaning easy
Fitted with de-spitting shelf
All stainless steel finish with radiused corners for easy cleaning.
