This Valko Idromax 200 Mobile sous vide heating re-circulator is ideal for Large catering operations. Sous vide cooking retains precious nutritional food properties, reduces shrinkage and allows kitchens to plan batch cooking in advance and even overnight cooking. Link it with a vacuum packer and blast chiller and you have a very flexible cooking system which will reduce food waste.
