This Palux Compact 623BSL Slimline electric combi oven is fitted with electronic "Touchscreen controls" - (non programmable), and is supplied with an inbuilt wash system as standard. It's pleasing looks make it ideal for front of house cooking - ideal for retail or convenience stores.

Capacity - 6 trays 2/3gn at 60mm centres
"Touchscreen" controls (non programmable) - with each cooking program having 4 phases of cooking available.
Preset cooking - 9 Icon driven selectable programs - Grilling, Roasting, Braising, Defrosting, Gratinating, Regeneration, Steaming, Poaching & Gentle steaming
5 speed fan - automatically reversing to give even cooking results
Automatic wash system - with 5 wash cycles to choose from including a quick rinse cycle - uses powder detergent
Active climate control - Active moistening & de-humidification of the cooking chamber
Fitted with multi point core probe
Supplied with hand shower
AQA - automatic quantity adjustment, automatically senses the amount of product in the oven chamber and adjusts cooking time accordingly
Temp active - preheating or cooling oven down with utilisation of residual heat
HACCP data recording - cooking data can be downloaded for record keep
E/2 energy selection control - reduces energy consumption by 50%, ideal when only cooking small amount of produce
Fitted with USB interface - allows quick and easy uploading of Software upgrades etc
SDA - Safety steam extraction - 30 seconds before the end of cooking cycle steam is automatically extracted before door is opened
Fitted with 24 hour timer - oven can be switched on in advance
Triple glazed insulated door - reduces energy loss
Fitted with 2 water connections - 1 for softened supply
Pop in door gaskets - allows easy non tool replacement
High grade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior with radiused internal corners and removable oven rack for quick and easy cleaning
Fitted with 12 volt halogen interior lighting
Unit can be supplied in an integrated built in housing unit 600mm making it ideal for Home use or show cooking use - see attached docs
