The Palux Frystar DS Plus range of fryers are renowned for their high quality heavy duty construction, precise temperature control, low energy use but with high output and compactness make them ideal for Fine cuisine thru' to large volume operations

Features:

Oil Capacity - 2 x 7.5 - 9 litres
Output fries per hour per tank - 20kg chilled or 17kg frozen
Inbuilt filtration system - Increases oil life upto 50%, it is easy to use and supplied with pump out pipe allowing you to drain oil into waste drum
Energy saving AQA - Automatic Quantity Adjustment - after the initial set up the fryer will automatically adjust the cooking time depending on the weight of product loaded, saving both energy and oil life
Controls - Electronic control panel with 4 Favourite menu settings and programmable for upto 20 menus
Temperature range 50 - 190ºC
Flush control panel allows easy cleaning
Flat tube heating elements - the increased surface area of a flat tube element increases the heat transfer to the oil - allowing faster recovery time
Precise temperature control - High accuracy controls gives precise temperature +/- 1ºC
Fitted with automatic fat melting system - fryer initially heats the oil upto 90ºC before energizing full power - this prevents the oil from degrading and helps to save oil usage
Electronic controls allow you to programme oil change time - simply load in the hours the oil is good for and it will warn you to change the oil
Easy Cleaning - the elements rotate inside the fryer tank allowing easy access.
The drainer tanks slides out on runners so prevent accidental tipping
Drainer tank is fitted with a removable filter basket with both coarse and fine mesh filters
304 stainless steel fry tank is deep drawn with no welds and with radiused corners
Safety - the fryer is fitted with a high temperature shut off stat
Both the working stat and safety stat probes are buried inside the heating element - preventing accidental damage when cleaning the tank
Fitted with drain safety lock - prevents accidental unloading of the oil
Construction - heavy gauge chassis and made of 304 stainless steel - durable and easy to clean
Supplied with 1 basket, Lid and crumb tray as standard, per tank
Options - on request it can be supplied with a timed automatic basket lift.
