Kilbirnie Hotel in Newquay welcomes new Giorik Movair Combi Oven ready for a busy year ahead!

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean The Kilbirnie Hotel features include a heated indoor swimming pool, an outdoor splash pool, sauna, fully equipped fitness suite and a secluded sun terrace where you can relax in the sunshine.

All their bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, Freeview TV as well as tea & coffee making facilities. They pride themselves on using fresh local produce and locally caught seafood as much as possible to help create traditional British cuisine, which is served in the on-site restaurant, also overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. They also have a wide variety of local and international beers, wines and spirits available at the bar. Several beaches are within a 15-minute walk from the hotel, Tolcarne Beach literally two minutes from their doors, it truly is the perfect location for a “Staycation”.

You can relax and dine in style in the bright and airy restaurant, with views of stunning sunsets over the horizon of Newquay Bay. They aim to use the best of fresh local produce where possible and provide a sophisticated and laid-back dining experience, paired with excellent service.  A few examples from the menus include – Sea Bream with fondant potato, samphire and tomato vierge | Roasted Pork Loin in a Local Cider Jus | Chocolate & Raspberry Roulade served with Clotted Cream. Our good friends at QTOS Catering Equipment  were contacted by The Kilbirnie’s Head Chef John, as he was in the market for a new oven.
