These revolutionary CB Chef cooking block includes a Hi Speed Infra red electric rotisserie ovens designed to allow you to cook different products, whole chicken, meat and poultry portions, ribs, boneless joints of meat, fish, vegetables etc all at the same time, whilst including an electric pizza oven and convection oven. This unit is ideal for operators wanting to cook a variety of products but in a small footprint - less than 1 square meter, making it ideal for Convenience stores, Forecourts, Contract caterers etc.

Capacity - 8 spits - Load capacity 32kg or 32 x 1.0 kg birds
High speed rotisserie fitted with the latest infra red heating technology with 3 modes available Fast, Soft2, Soft 2 + Grill boost, allowing you to select the cooking mode to suit the product
Infra heating can reduce cooking times by upto 50% and reduces energy consumption - no preheating of the oven is required
Infra red cooking reduces weight loss so increases product yield - only 10 to 20% weight loss
Intuitive touchscreen controls allow quick and easy programming - with end of cook time alarm
Fully automatic 3 phase 75 minute Liquid washing system with booster and detergent pumps - saves on labour costs and guarantees oven hygiene
After 10 hours of use the user will be prompted to put the oven on a wash cycle
Safety - "Cool to touch" double pane glass door
Ease of Use - Internal Fat collection system directs fat into a removable collection tub in the base cupboard
All stainless steel finish with radiused corners for easy cleaning.
