The Multi Wash utensil washer/soaker is ideal for Hotels, Restaurants, Bakeries, Hospitals, Fast food outlets, where heavily soiled items need quick and hygienic cleaning to guarantee no cross contamination may occur. Ideal for cleaning fryer baskets, rotisserie spits, exhaust fan filters, gastronorm and bakery trays, wire shelves, chargrill cast iron cooking grates, polyethylene cutting boards, copper, stainless steel and aluminium products.

Speed - Unlike a conventional de-carbonizer the Multi Wash will clean blackened soiled pans within 15 minutes allowing them to be quickly back in use. This saves on the amount of pans required and on energy use.
Flexibility - Electronic controls lets you know when to top up water and do a detergent change and displays the tank water temperature
Detergent loading - The controls can be programmed to remind you when to add new detergent. This can be set to suit your own requirements between 7 to 30 days.
Hand shower - Supplied as standard allows easy rinsing of utensils and aids cleaning down the wash tank, requires a mains water supply with isolator valve
Safety - The machine uses a non caustic non toxic detergent powder, easy to store and use.
Ecological - Detergent is completeley biodegradable having only a PH factor of 10.4 - Approx monthly usage 3 boxes per month
Temperature range - constant 75ºC temperature is achieved guaranteeing the neutralization of bacteria in adherence to HACCP
Supplied on castors as standard - 2 braked.
Supplied with 3 boxes (2kg each) of detergent
Construction - 304 stainless steel
