Operation;

Electronic controls with colour code switch

Choice of 4 washing cycles - Light (1.5 mins), STD ( 2 minutes), Heavy (3 mins) Intense (9 mins) -

Wash program times can be adjusted to meet customer requirements

Smart drain/Freshwash - Prior starting to rinse with clean water the drain pump automatically pumps out some of the dirtiest water at the bottom of the washtank allowing the wash tank to be constantly filled with fresh water - this helps reduce detergent usage and increases the cleaning efficiency. Further more, it's possible to select a complete change of tank water after a given amount of programmed wash cycles.

Cleaning function - at the end of the day an automatic cleaning cycle of the wash tanks takes place

Green function - puts the machine into standby when not being used

Water consumption per wash is 2 litres

Tank capacity = 20 litres with rinse boiler capacity of 5 litres

Fitted with thermostop - this only allows the machine to operate when the rinse and wash temperature are reached - this guarantees hygienic washing

Hot rinse

Cold water feed (between 10 & 50ºC) with a supply pressure between 2 and 5 bar

WRAS approved - Inbuilt break tank with rinse booster pump

SD Clean water system - each time a rinse cycle is activated the equivalent dirty water is pumped out from the bottom of the wash tank, this means that fresh rinse water is constantly topping up the wash tank water.

Inbuilt water softener - this can be set to suit the hardness of the water

Drain pump fitted as standard

Removable primary surface tank filters - collects larger items (forks, spoons etc) preventing them entering the wash tank

Plastic wash pump filter, protects the pump from risk of blockage - removable for cleaning

Front control panel slides out to allow easy access for maintenance

Component diagnosis - the engineer can test if all components are working correctly so reducing repair times

Automatic end of day self cleaning of water tank

Soft start operation of wash pumps - increases pump life

Removable stainless steel wash and rinse arms to top and bottom

Door microswitch - stops wash arms rotating when door is opened

Component diagnosis function - a service engineer can check which components need attention
