The Ubert RT606CC is fitted with an automatic inbuilt wash system freeing up valuable labour time and resulting in higher hygiene levels. It is ideal for heavy use retail outlets. The rotisserie is fitted with the latest Ubert "Grilling technology" combining both convected heat and quartz grilling lamp to give a "crispy" browned finish to chickens and roast. The rotisserie is supplied with 8 fork spits as standard ideal for grilling whole birds, but a range of basket options are available allowing other types of products to be cooked - roasts, pies etc.,

Grilling booster - by the simple touch of a button you can increase the grilling time giving the product a darker brown finish
Automatic motorised steam release vent - allows you to control the humidity inside the cooking chamber
Technology - Pre installed LAN connection and PC supported editor for external recipe updating. USB Interface for data downloading
Curved glass Pass thru double pane doors - cool to touch - can be supplied solid back on request
Fat collection tray alarm - unit can be programmed to remind the operator to empty the fat collection tray
Fitted with interior light to rotisserie
Easy to clean - removable grease tray, disc, rotor assembly, drip pans and spits all removable without the need of tools, fitted with fat collection drawer.
Black laminated glass finish to doors - enamelled black finish to metal surfaces
Water softener - Water softener should be fitted in hard water areas
