This Inotech ITE3. electric rotisserie has been designed for "Front of House Cooking", is has painted enamelled front panels and can be supplied with a choice of 2 colours, an added feature of this rotisserie is the option of fitting an extraction canopy with the same matching colours - the extraction requires no external venting as it has an inbuilt charcoal filtration system - it adds 350mm to height of rotisserie. The image shows the 6 spit model on optional mobile base

Capacity per spit 6 x 1.2kg birds
Spits can be adjusted to accommodate different sized meat
Supplied with claw spits as standard - other spit options on request
Fitted with side opening hinged glass door to front with solid back
Glass doors reduce heat loss helping to reduce energy consumption
Enamelled inner back panel is removable for easy cleaning
Supplied with drip tray fitted with drain off valve
Each spit is individually controlled
Fitted with timer
300w Halogen light increases the visual effect
Stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning and durability
Can be supplied with wash shower for easy cleaning
Optional - Recirculating extract canopy with inbuilt filtration can be fitted
