This CB Planet 32 Hi Speed infra red electric rotisserie, uses the latest Infra red heating technology. The intense heat creates a "Crispy" finish whilst maintaining natural juices within the product. The fast heat up time of the heating element greatly reduces heat up time and shortens cooking times saving on both energy and time. The ceramic element is also easy to wipe down.

Easy Cleaning - Infra red element is easy to clean and as no fan motor is used, there is no fan baffle to remove and no fan to spread chicken fat around the chamber
High output - Cooking time - 60 minutes per 1.1kg bird - 256 bird output per 8 hour shift
Reduced energy consumption - no pre heating is required
Supplied with 8 spits - 4 birds per spit
Space saving - Fitted with vertical sliding door on operator side and solid stainless steel back panel
Fitted with 0 - 120 minute timer
Fitted with dial thermometer
Slide out grease tray is fitted with drain tap, making cleaning easy
Fitted with slide out de-spitting shelf
All stainless steel finish with radiused corners for easy cleaning.
