High Power Slimline Pizza oven - For Fast recovery times

Pizza capacity = 2 x 16" pizzas per deck or 1 x 600 x 400mm tray per oven

Electric; 10kw - 415v 16 amp (is standard supply) or can be 230v - 44 amp converted on installation

This Chefs Range XL22LEU, Italian made Slimline electric twin deck pizza oven is ideal for sites with limited space but still need an oven that can cook 16" pizza's or cook using a 600 x 400mm pan.

Features:

Stainless steel front with black painted sides
Twin deck oven with refractory brick oven base - will take 2 x 16" pizza's per deck or 1 x 600 x 400mm pan
Oven dimensions - 820w x 410d x 140h.
High power heating elements give faster heat recovery so increasing hourly output
Fitted with 2 adjustable thermostats controlling top & bottom heating elements per oven
Thermostatically controlled upto a temperature of 50 - 450'C
Fitted with analogue thermometer
Fitted with interior oven lights and glass doors
