Morreti Forni T64G Compact Gas conveyor oven, uses the latest "Impinger Inverter hot air" technology allowing high speed cooking and even heat distribution making them ideal for cooking other products, not just pizzas, such as Chicken portions, flatbreads, hamburgers, garlic bread etc

"Best flow system" - Impinger type forced air flow system gives even and fast cooking results - cn cook pizza,
Pizza Output per hour - 25 x 13" pizzas or 10 x 600 x 400mm trays
Wire Belt - width is 16"/410mm - Oven chamber size is 600 x 410 x 80hmm (2 x 13"/330mm pizzas can be in the oven chamber)
Maximum oven temperature 320ºC
Adaptive Gas Technology - Power is automatically adjusted to match quantity of products passing thru so maintianing correct oven temperature
Programmable controls - upto 20 recipes can be stored
Electronic belt control which will automatically adjust if a heavy item is loaded into the oven
Rapid belt release with safety system - prevents motor being damaged if an item get jammed and allows easy cleaning and maintenace of the belt
Top and bottom oven temperature can be adjusted independently upto a maximum of 20ºC
Cool around technology - Cool air is pumped around the oven cavity keeping the external oven temperature "cool to touch"
Reversible belt - direction of the conveyor can be reversed on site on installation
Belt safety switch - If something get jammed in the belt whilst in motion a safety pin on the motor drive will break halting the belt - a spare pin is provided in the control box
Energy saving control can be set on standby
Options - Enclosed stand, Loading roller conveyor, a range of cooking trays can be supplied to suit your needs - baking trays, grilling trays, skewer trays
Stackable - Can be stacked 3 high
Smart Baking App -The SmartBaking®️ App offers features such as:
- Real-time smartphone control of all ovens, with status, usage and self-diagnosis
- Management of baking parameters, programs and daily switch on timer
- Access to advanced features such as Eco-Standby and Power-Booster
