These superb Italforni Bull electric pizza ovens revolutionise front of house Pizza cooking - they are finished with heat resistant stained glass panels and genuine "Touchscreen" controls and are supplied with a heated base as standard, a choice of extraction canopies can be supplied. With low running costs and superb finish they will put your Restaurant ahead of your competition!!

Heavy duty pizza oven with Coloured heat resistant laminated glass panels to front and sides
Standard colours are Red or Black - but can be made to match your décor by selecting suitable RAL colour code
Oven dimensions - 930w x 630d x 170h
Capacity 6 x 12" Pizzas per oven or 2 x 600mm x 400mm Bakery Trays
Fitted with steam release valve and counter balanced doors
Oven is fitted with refractory brick oven base, sides and top - this retains the oven heat even when having heavy use - it also saves energy
Top and bottom oven heating elements - each individually controlled with individual temperature readout
Programmable Digital "Touchscreen" Electronic controls with precise temperature control upto 450'C,
9 menu settings can be pre-programmed
Fitted with digital temperature readout for oven and top and bottom element settings
Full width glass door allows easy viewing
Fitted with interior light - with timed switch off
High quality insulation - laminated glass panels and ceramic oven interior result in low energy consumption
Can be supplied with motorised extraction canopy (exhausting to the outside) or can be supplied with Re-Circulating system with inbuilt carbon filter and steam damper
Can be supplied with heated base or open stand option
Optional Steam generator can be fitted to any deck for Bakery products
