This Chefs Range LTS30 spiral mixer is fitted with a lifting head for easy cleaning of the bowl, 10 step variable speed control & dough temperature display. It is the ideal machine for pizzerias, bakeries and pastry shops, they have belt drive, so are quieter in operation as well as being robust.
