Ubert Softline Heavy duty Countertop Heated display (base option) specifically designed for retail outlets can be supplied for either Operator service or Self service

Convected heat with humidity tray

4 sizes to choose from - 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 well each being 1/1gn + 1/3gn

Sizes - 744, 1072w , 1412w, 1752w, or 2478w all 1057mm deep height 848mm high counter top or 1360h when Floorstanding

Power - all units can be either 230v or 415v supply, 2.83kw, 3.75kw, 5.10kw, 6.29kw or 8.59kw

The Ubert Softline range of Heated display cases are ideal for retail outlets wanting to display pre cooked food products. The convected heat and humidity system guarantees product quality and keeps even and consistent heat even during busy periods. The Curved glass design and rear mirror doors optimises product display. The front glass can be raised and held open on gas struts allowing front loading and easy cleaning.

Thermostatically controlled - convected heat guarantees temperature control and maintains product quality
Humidity - Slide out manual water tray (with integrated tool storage) gives optimum humidity increasing product display time
Curved glass finish without pillars and with rear mirror doors allows optimum product display
Easy clean & Loading - Front glass panels lifts up on gas struts - allowing loading from the front and easy cleaning
Electronic digital thermostatically controlled 0 - 85ºC
Foodgrade plastic rear carving/prep shelf fitted as standard
Fitted with rear sliding doors with mirror finish - easily removed for cleaning
Special effect halogen lighting
All glass panels can be removed for cleaning
Can be fitted with optional intermediate shelf
Can be suited with Ubert Softline range of refrigerated displays for mixed product display
