De Danieli MiniCooker MC30 is a Counter top High temperature electric Indirect heat tilting kettle, ideal for Restaurants, Caterers, Confectioners, Farm shops etc. The inbuilt stirer and high temperature cooking allows a large range of foodstuffs to be prepared and cooked

Features:

Indirect Heat - High temperature cooking makes it ideal for Stews, Meat stocks, browning onions as well as for Sauces etc without the risk of burning
Capacity - 30 ltr . Minimum product load 6kg - Maximum 24kg
Kettle jacket is filled with Mineral oil allowing higher cooking temperatures compared to a waterfilled jacket
Cooking tank is made of 304 foodgrade stainless steel
Easy to use controls with electronic thermostat - temperature range 20 to 160ºC
Manual tilting of kettle
Variable speed stirrer makes it ideal for large range of products to be cooked, 20 - 120rpm
Stirrer is fitted with Teflon side and bottom scrapers
Easy cleaning - stirrer is easily removed and is dishwasher proof
Safety switch - when lid is removed stirrer switches off
Supplied as standard with 1 x double perforated lid for faster evaporation + 1 x double solid lid to maintain cooking temperature
Options -Touchscreen programmable controls, Stainless steel stand with castors, other stirrer options, drain valve and cooking timer with audible alarm
Warranty - 2 years parts warranty, 1 years labour
