The Firex Betterpan, low pressure cooking bratt pan, is a pressure cooker that offers multi purpose cooking - braising, boiling, browning, shallow frying, steaming and pressure cooking. The electronic controls allow you to set different programs and will produce a range of products - omelettes to steamed fish, meat sauces and steamed vegetable.

Easy to use programmable touchscreen controls with 7" TFT screen - allows you to program at the touch of a button entire recipes with different stages of cooking with temperature and time settings. Can also be used in manual mode.
Reduced cooking times 30 - 40%; Increased yield due to low shrinkage, Energy savings of upto 50%, water savings of upto 70%
Choice of gas or electric
110, 145 or 180 litre capacities
Tank is made of 304 stainless steel - 15mm thick on the base, with rounded corners.
Insulated re-enforced lid balanced by means of gas springs and fitted with heavy duty gasket
Safety - lid is locked during cooking time
Safety valve set at 0.35 bar
Motorized tilting of the cooking vessel
Easy to use electronic controls - allow accurate temperature control and choice of cooking settings
Precise Thermostatic temperature control - 100 - 250ºC
2 Cooking probe sensors - one inside the cooking vessel
Fitted with water fill tap
All 304 stainless steel construction
Can be supplied for wall mounted use and with automatic basket lift
