These Baratta BEMT-80 High temperature tilting kettle with inbuilt stirrer is ideal for cooking Stews, Sauces and stocks etc - the labour saving programmable inbuilt stirrer can rotate in both directions giving even product mix. All kettles are fitted with motorised tilting of the kettle, allowing quick and safe emptying. Image shows unit with optional grid mixer and side scraper.

Features:

Easy to use programmable touchscreen controls with 7" TFT screen - allows you to program at the touch of a button entire recipes with different stages of cooking with Mixer, temperature, time and water filling settings. Can also be used in manual mode.
Electric Direct heat - Capacity - 80 Litres
High temperature cooking makes it ideal for Stews, Meat stocks, browning onions as well as for Sauces etc
Cooking tank is made of 316 Marine grade stainless steel - this grade of steel allows foods with high acidity contact to be cooked without causing corrosion to the tank
Precise digital electronic controls - with LED readout -
Cooking Temperature range 20 to 220ºC - with safety stat at 300ºC
Motorised tilting of the kettle allows quick and safe emptying
Mixer has base scrapers as standard - side scrapers option
Variable speed mixer (6 - 14 rpm) , easily removable for cleaning will rotate in both directions - stirrer can be programmed to suit recipes
Fitted with hot & cold water fill tap
Spring loaded Insulated lid hinged lid
Supplied with height adjustable legs - castor option
Heavy duty all 304 stainless steel construction to exterior panels
