This Klima Food KMS900PV Dry Ager meat maturing refrigerator, is ideal for Dry Aging beef and other cuts of meat and is aged by having a controlled environment. By using the optional ph Control probe it is possible to treat different cuts of meat for different times settings, making it possible to assess the maturation levels for each cut of meat.
