This Klima Food KME700PV is a Dry Ager meat maturing refrigerator which is designed for Dry aging meat that is 18-24 months old and should be ideally aged for a period of 30-40 days. These units are fitted with our "Oxigenklima" sterilising system that sanitises the inside of the ager.

Designed for dry aging young meat 18 - 24 months old for a period of 30 - 40 days.
Finish - 304 Stainless steel exterior and 304 Stainless interior
Meat maturing 4-8 weeks with slow or fast aging,
Capacity - 700 litres nett, 50-130kg product load
Digital controls - Intuitive 4.3" screen with 6 preset and customizable recipes - upto 8 phases of "drying" in each program
Temperature range -2/+5ºC with management
Airflow - patented ventilation system prevents product being in direct airflow, product does not need to be moved about
Sanitation - the *Oxygenklima can be scheduled to sanitise and de-odourise the chamber at the end of each process
LED lighting - no heat generated which may effect the fridge temperature, lower running costs
Double glazed doors and 75mm thick insulation reduces running costs and maintains temperature inside

Climate class 5 refrigeration system using R290 refrigerant
Automatic defrost with self re-evaporation
Supplied with 4 Rislan coated wire shelves with 4 pairs of stainless steel shlf runners + 8 PVC price tags
Supplied with castors as standard
*Oxygenklima requires changing after 5 years - chargeable
