This Klima Food KAS700PV is a Cheese and Salami maturing refrigerator. The maturing process strengthens the cheese structure enhances tastes and high lights aromas. These processes work with a complex combinations of climatic conditions, which can be created in this refrigerator so allowing you to create what would happen in a natural environemnt.

Capacity - 700 litres nett, upto 70kg product load
7" Touch screen controls - Easy to use Touch screen controls with 20 preset programmable menus to suit your recipes with multi phase programming (upto 20 phases per recipe)
Chemical free Bio system - reduces unwanted bacteria and reduces smells
Temperature range 0/+25ºC
Climate class 5 refrigeration system
Programmable Humidity control & Heating - automatic humidity probe for humidity measurement and setting, with automatic humidity generator
Airflow - patented ventilation system prevents product being in direct airflow, product does not need to be moved about
Adjustable fan speed with automatic air change
LED lighting - no heat generated which may effect the fridge temperature, lower running costs
Double glazed doors and 75mm thick insulation reduces running costs and maintains temperature inside
HACCP data trace system
Supplied with 4 pairs of tray slide runners and 4 wooden boards for cheese storage as standard, but boards can be changed for 4 x salami hanging racks on request
Constructed using food grade 304 stainless steel to exterior and interior
Optional *Oxygenklima - runs measured and scheduled oxygenenations of the product to prevent bacterial growth
Accessories - Extra tray runners, Hanging rails, wooden boards for cheese storage,
A water softener needs to be fitted to prevent limescale build up

*Oxygenklima requires changing after 5 years - chargeable
