This Sagi JF51 5 tray undercounter blast chiller is ideal for all operations where quick chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to sit under a standard worktop and to hold 1/1gn containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens.

Capacity - Will accept 5 x 1/1gn trays or 600 x 400mm bakery trays with optional shelf rack system (see accessories)
Refrigerant - R290
Finish - Foodgrade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior - no worktop fitted
Digital controls - easy use one touch operation
Cooling capacity - 20kg in chill mode max of 90 minutes or 12kg Frozen in max of 240 minutes
Climate class 5 - Will operate in ambient of 40'C with 40% R.H
Coated evaporator prevents corrosion
Cleaning - Hinged fan cover panel for easy access to the evaporator and fans
Radiused corners - allows easy cleaning of the cabinet interior
Field reversible door
Magnetic door seal - easily replaceable
Options - Can be fitted with Industry 4.0 software which allows appliance to be linked to a Smart device - phone etc, please ring for price.
Warranty - 5 year compressor warranty, with 2 years parts and labour (excluding door seals) - subject to regular maintenance agreements in place
