This Sagi DFS171L 17 tray blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all bakeries where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold the bakery tray size of 600 x 400mm it will work in tandem with the Bakery convection or deck ovens.

Features:

Capacity - Will accept 17 x 600 x 400mm trays at 4omm high - or 8 trays 60mm high trays
Finish - Foodgrade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior
Digital controls - easy use one touch operation fitted on the front worktop for easy access
Cooling capacity - 65kg in chill mode max of 90 minutes - 35kg in freeze mode max time of 240 minutes
Fitted with core temperature probe - automatically senses the reached temperature and switches the unit over into a storage fridge/freezer
Coated evaporator prevents corrosion
Cleaning - Hinged fan cover panel for easy access to the evaporator and fans
Radiused corners - allows easy cleaning of the cabinet interior
Magnetic door seal - easily replaceable

Warranty - 5 year compressor warranty, with 2 years parts and labour (excluding door seals) - subject to regular maintenance agreements in place
