This Sagi DF101L 10 tray under-counter blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold 1/1gn containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens.

Capacity - Will accept 10 x 1/1gn trays
Finish - Foodgrade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior
Ergonomically sited Digital controls - worktop height and easy use one touch operation
Cooling capacity - 42kg in chill mode max of 90 minutes - 25kg in freeze mode max time of 240 minutes
Fitted with core temperature probe - automatically senses the reached temperature and switches the unit over into a storage fridge/freezer
Coated evaporator prevents corrosion
Cleaning - Hinged fan cover panel for easy access to the evaporator and fans
Radiused corners - allows easy cleaning of the cabinet interior
Field reversible door
Magnetic door seal - easily replaceable

Warranty - 5 year compressor warranty, with 2 years parts and labour (excluding door seals) - subject to regular maintenance agreements in place
