The Giorik Kore range of slimline Combi ovens can be stacked on top of this unit.

This Chefsrange BCB/05R 5 tray Slimline blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specifically designed to hold 1/1gn containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens.

Features:

Capacity - Will accept 5 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm trays - 67mm shelf centres - Giorik Kore Slimline combi ovens can be stacked on top of this unit.
Finish - Foodgrade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior
Digital controls - one touch operation.
Preservation mode - once chilling/freezing has taken place the unit automatically switches into chilled/frozen storage mode
Cooling capacity - 15kg in chill mode max of 90 minutes - 10kg in freeze mode max time of 240 minutes
Hard/Soft Chilling - choice of time or by core probe (supplied)
Freezing - choice of time or by core probe (supplied)
Coated evaporator prevents corrosion
Cleaning - radiused corners & removable shelf supports allows easy cleaning
Refrigerant - R290
Options - Castors, 1/1gn pans, wire shelves
Unit can be sited underneath a Giorik/Palux Slimline combi oven
Warranty - 24 months parts 12 labour
