This Chefs Range TALH/16 - 14 tray bakery retarder prover accepts the Euronorm 600 x 400mm tray system. The fully automatic controls makes it easy for operator - simply load and push the button - the different phases of retarding, proofing with correct relative humidity are controlled by the electronic controls and controls can be set to come on at a pre-set time to suit your operation - helping to reduce staff costs.

Features:

Will accept 14 x 600 x 400mm trays at 75mm centres - supplied with 14 trays slides as standard
5" Touchscreen programmable controls - temperature range -2/+35ºC - can be used in either manual or automatic mode
Fan assisted refrigeration system with automatic defrost and self re-evaporation - Climate Class 5
Proofing cycle by use of electric heaters and precise control of the relative humidity with humidity regulator - upto 99% humidity can be achieved
Electronic controls have an inbuilt timer allowing you to set the unit to suit your operation
304 stainless steel interior and exterior
Easy to clean - radiused internal corners with wash out drain and removable shelf racking
304 stainless steel interior and exterior - worktop suppled with rear upturn, (Can be supplied without the upturn - TALH/16)
Magnetic door seals - easily replaceable
Supplied fitted with castors as standard
Options - can be supplied set for WIFI use - this allows off site service diagnosis and control of appliance.
A water softener must be fitted in hard water areas

Warranty - 24 months parts and 12 months labour (excludes door seals)
