1 x Idrochef 216 heating re-circulator with inbuilt pump - can be used with container upto 60 litres. Fitted with digital controls with 20 programmable menu settings, 0 - 95ºC temperature range - fitted with integrated timer and acoustic alarm, and core cooking probe
1 x 200mm deep 1/1gn stainless steel container and lid
1 x Tank divider - allows bags to be kept separate in the container whilst cooking
