This new Palux Multifunction pan, fitted with Touchscreen programmable controls is Ideal in both A La Carte restaurants as well as volume operations. The flexibility of this multifunction pan allows you to Fry, braise, steam and other general cooking all in one appliance so helps to reduce capital costs and space in your kitchen.

Capacity - 69 Litres - Usable capacity is 53 litres with a frying area of .61 square metre. Pan size 928w x 660d x 184h

Easy to use - KCI 4.0 Touchscreen Programmable controls - 4mm thick safety glass, allows connectivity with other Palux K Line products, conform to DIN 18898/OPCUA
Electronic controls - Temperature control system with a display showing set and actual values and infinitely variable power controls
Cooking function - measures product temperature, controls the base of the pan temperature allows a gentle cooking mode
Pre timed cooking - Pan can be switched on automatically at a pre set time set by the chef
Non stick pan - Compound finish Duplex non stick base with aluminium core allows fast heat up times and prevents food sticking
Fast heat up time - only takes 4.5 minutes to reach 230ºC
Even heat distribution - heating elements are "sandwiched" in an Aluminium core this gives even heat across the pan (no hot spots) and fast recovery times
Timed cooking - Steamer can be set to automatically switch on upto 24 hours in advance
Energy saving - double walled balance lid prevents heat loss
Volumetric water fill - Electronically controlled water filling dispenses exact amount of water by the litre both hot or cold or a combination of, operator does not need to stand and watch!
Core temperature sensor for perfect cooking results - ideal for Sous Vide
Retractable hand shower - allows easy washing out of the pan
Hygiene - Base of unit conforms to H2 hygiene standards, all corners are radiused
