This Moduline CSD313E "plug & play" 3 drawer cook & hold unit, with all 3 drawers having their own temperature control, suits all operators who want to slow cook food & hold either during the day or overnight to achieve labour savings and reduce shrinkage of product being cooked. These drawers can be fitted on top of a 700mm deep worktop or fitted underneath and fitted with castors. A truly flexible piece of cooking equipment. They require no extraction.

Each drawer is individually controlled with a temperature range of +30/+120'C
Having individual drawers gives greater flexibility - different products can be cooked at different temperatures or individual drawers can be switched off if not required
Radiant heating - allows gentle cooking and reduces shrinkage by upto 20%
Fitted with steam release vent to each drawer
Drawers fitted with magnetic sealing gaskets
Fitted with digital controls with temperature readout and lock function to prevent accidental switching off etc
Supplied with core probe for each drawer
Fitted with safety stat
Stainless steel finish with rockwool insulation
Fitted with non slip stainless steel legs
Options; Castors, Built In kit, Black finish
