This Giorik 70 Top BM720T Wet well bain marie is designed to keep sauces etc warm and can be suited with other Giorik 70 Top products.

Features:

Capacity 1/1gn size (max depth of pan 150mm) - pans not included
304 stainless steel tank with radiused corners for easy cleaning
Push button water fill
Water filling and drainage is operated by a solenoid valve
Heating is provided with an external silicone heating mat - this means there are no exposed elements in the tank making it easy to clean.
Thermostatically controlled 30 - 90'C
Stainless steel exterior with 1.2mm thick top
Supplied with 4 x 60mm height adjustable feet
Options; Selection of base units & Cantilever systems
