Giorik ST40 "Hi Touch" electric salamander grill will reach temperature in under 20 seconds dramatically reducing power consumption by upto 70%. Fitted with 3 programmable menu settings, cook and hold function, auto start/stop mechanism and height adjustable grilling head it makes it an indispensable part of any kitchen.

Rapid Heat up time 0 - 200ºC in under 20 seconds - allows cooking on demand
Grilling area - 700 x 365mm (1/1 + 1/3GN) to accept 2 off 12 inch plates if needed, ideal for plated meal finishing before service.
Reduces heat in kitchen as grill does not need to be left on
Touchscreen controls - with 3 adjustable pre-programmed grilling times with cook and hold ability
Fitted with plate detection bar - switches heating elements on and off when loaded and unloaded
Fitted with four High Powered Infra-Red heating elements - with a choice of element selection - all 4 on, or individual elements on - again saving energy
Height adjustable grilling elements - can come down to 25mm above product for fast browning
Easy to clean - removable grill tray (water can be placed inside tray to create humidity and reduce "fat flare up")
Fitted with push button electronic controls and audible electronic timer
Supplied with wall bracket
304 stainless steel construction
On site warranty - 2 years parts & 1 year labour
