This Baron EVO Range of Gas and electric fryers are designed to meet the requirement of frying food - Fast recovery times with easy to use touchscreen programmable controls, inbuilt filtration which increases oil life and improves product quality

Features:

Capacity - Large single 23 Litre tank supplied with 2 baskets
Tank dims; 340w x 420d
Large cold zone - increases oil life as debris is kept to the bottom of the fryer away from heating elements
Large front recess tp prevent spillages caused by overflow of oil and foam
Automatic filtration - Quick and easy Inbuilt Filtration system - can increase oil length by upto 50% and improves product quality.
Safe Handling - The Filtration system lets you pump waste oil directly into the waste oil drum and and refill fresh oil form a drum
TFT Controls - Picture lead Touchscreen programmable controls for each basket - IPX5 rated
Oil Life - Controls allow you to set the amount of frying hours before oil needs changing
Automatic quantity adjustment - frying time will automatically change depending on the product weight
Shake time - An alarm sounds to advise the that the food in the basket needs to be shaken
Hold - System for holding the the fried product close to the oil in orders to make use ogf its heat - the alarms lets you know when to remove it
Easy cleaning - Heating element rotates thru 90' to vertical, pressed tank with radiused corners
Supplied with Oil collection drawer with removable filter
Heavy duty 304 stainless steel body - makes it durable and easy to clean
Supplied with 4 height adjustable legs
