These electric Teppanyaki griddles, finished in chrome for energy efficient cooking and easy cleaning, are made with a central cooking zone and cooler side areas for keeping food warm, they are ideal for show kitchens and front of house cooking. (image shows 2 element version)

Features:

Cooking plate made of hard chromed FE510 S355JR steel - 15mm thick - easy to clean
Supplied with grease channel to outer edges and with removable grease draw
Fitted with front hand rail
2 x 5.4kw heating element
Each cooking zone is thermostatically controlled upto 270ºC
Manufactured in 304 stainless steel - for durability and easy cleaning
