The Mirror ME60 DI - Drop In Plancha is a thermostatically controlled heavy duty electric chrome griddle, ideal for fast food operators, mobile trailers and front of house cooking.

Chromed plated 18mm thick, 50 micron, Mirror finish cooking surface
Grilling area - 600 x 400mm
Cut out size - 695w x 495d
Thermostatically controlled - adjustable between 50 - 285'C
Fitted with grease tray around all 4 sides of the cooking area
Removable 2 ltr front grease drawer
Supplied with 304 Stainless steel front control panel
Can be supplied with a grooved/ribbed cooking surface - please contact office for prices
