This Arris FT809EL Hi output griddle is designed with energy efficiency in mind. The heating element are sandwiched in an Aluminium block that is in direct contact with the griddle plate - this gives very fast heat recovery and even temperature across the whole griddle surface removing traditional griddle "Hotspots"

Features:

2 x Independently controlled cooking zones - temperature range 50 - 280'C
Digital controls - give accurate heat control and can program upto 10 recipes and an optional core cooking probe can be used
High performance heating elements are sandwiched in an Aluminium block - this gives fast heat recovery and even heat across the cooking surface - no "Hotspots"
Cooking areas = 720 x 710mm
1/2" Thick smooth griddle plate - with none stick properties
The griddle plate slightly slopes towards the front allowing grease to drain into the grease drawer
Large full width grease collection drawer - capacity 8 litres
Fitted with overheat safety thermostat
Supplied with 3 sided splashguard designed to accept the overhead resting rack - see accessories
304 stainless steel construction
Fitted with adjustable feet
