High output fryer 22 ltr with Touchscreen Picture led programmable controls and Inbuilt filtration system

The Olis Evo range of fryers are renowned for their high quality heavy duty construction, precise temperature control, low energy use but with high output making them ideal for Fine cuisine thru' to large volume operations

Features:

Oil Capacity - 22 litres - fry tank size 340w x 420d x 585h
Output fries per hour - 30kg chilled or 27kg frozen
Inbuilt filtration system - Increases oil life upto 50%, it is easy to use and can pump round warm oil without the operator being in contact with the oil - reducing risk of burns
Oil handling - the waste oil can be pumped out directly into a waste storage container whilst fresh oil can be pumped directly from an oil drum without the
Controls - 7" Touchscreen picture led programmable controls featuring Cooking and temperature programming, Countdown Timers, alarms for Shake & Hold time.
Melt cycle - Fryer has a oil/fat melt cycle this gently raises the temperature of the oil/fat on initial warm up preventing oil from being burnt
Oil Care - Controls allow you to set the amount frying hours before oil needs changing, this guarantees product quality
Temperature range 50 - 190ºC
Flush control panel allows easy cleaning
External burners - burners are outside the frying tank allowing easy access for cleaning
Precise temperature control - High accuracy controls gives precise temperature +/- 1ºC
Large front recess to prevent spillages caused by overflow of oil and foam
Large cold zone increases oil life as debris is not in the heat zone so not tainting the oil
Safety - the fryer is fitted with a high temperature shut off stat
Construction - 304 Worktop and stainless steel fry tank which is deep drawn with no welds and with radiused corners
Supplied with 2 baskets, Lid and crumb tray as standard
Options - on request it can be supplied with a timed automatic basket lift.
