Giorik FG7117T Single tank gas fryer is built with internal heat exchangers - resulting in reduced fuel costs as the oil is directly heated by the heating tubes inside the frying tank, and increases oil life as the cool zone under the burner tubes prevents cooking debris being burnt and tainting the oil. Supplied with a drainer tank and with stamped pressed top for easy wipe down.

Single tank gas fryer - 17 litre capacity, basket size 300w x 310d x 120mmh - can be supplied with 2 x /12 size baskets 146w x 310d x 120h each, see accessories
1,2mm thick pressed top with anti drip edges - easy to clean
Tube fired for high efficiency - with nickel plated cast iron burners
Thermostatically controlled upto 190ªC with hi limit safety stat 230ºC
Easy light electric ignition
Has a large cool zone - extends oil life
Supplied with oil drainer tank with filter mesh
304 stainless steel fry tank with radiused corners
Stainless steel exterior
Sloped front panel allows easy viewing and access to the controls
Supplied with lid and chromed wire mesh debris collection grid
