Peva BL200 charcoal chargrill. Experts know that true charcoal/smoked grilled flavour can only be achieved by cooking with tradiotional charcoal. These superb looking Peva charcoal chargrills look wonderful in "Front of House cooking" situtations creating a unique experience for your customers. They are constructed with heavy duty steel frames and fireboxes to give long lasting use, but are also powder coated painted finish to make them look attractive. To add flavour to your food add some herbs to the coals whilst cooking low fuel costs will allow you to maximise your profits!!

Features:

Supplied with 3 cooking areas 630 x 420mm each or with 2 zones 1 x 630 x 420 + 1 x 730 x 420mm + 500mm brazier section for preheating coals
Fitted with front adjustable air intakes - allowing you to control the heat/flames - it can be put into "Standby" mode saving fuel
Low fuel consumption
Each cooking zone has 2 lifting handles - with 5 height settings
Fitted with a stainless steel front plating shelf
Stainless steel rodded cooking bars 2mm thick are easy to clean and allow heat from the charcoal to get to the food
Heavy duty perforated steel plate in the firebox, retains heat and does not warp - ashes fall into ash drawer
Fitted with slide out ash drawer for easy cleaning
Heavy duty steel frame throughout - stoved enemalled painted - can be used inside or outside
Supplied with the extraction canopy (motor not included) - the canopy is fitted with stainless steel back sides, and a damper system allowing greater control over the fire and interior light
