This Giorik Movair MTE523 Medium use, 5 x 2/3gn electric combination oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact sized combination oven but with all the attributes of larger heavy duty ovens. It is designed for ease of use with it's ergonomic programmable 7" touchscreen control and is a breeze to clean with the integrated automatic washing system . It will run off a 13 amp 230v electrical supply, allowing it to be installed in most kitchens.

Easy clean - Oven is fitted with inbuilt automatic liquid wash system with 3 modes - "Soft, Medium or Hard wash"
Touchscreen controls - Easy to use and read 7" Touchscreen controls
3 Cooking Settings - Manual Mode, Once Touch or Recipe book
One touch cooking mode - just select one of your 9 favourites shown on the home menu - pre-heat is automatic
Recipe menu book Store upto 85 pre-set menus - 9 phases of cooking + pre-heat available in each programme, this can be modified and stored to suit your needs
Multi level shelf cooking - each shelf having its own timer allowing breakfast menus etc to be easily designed
Recipe Tuner - When in a programme you can adjust the colour of product, cooking times and temperature automatically.
Delta T Cooking - When you purchase the optional core cooking probe - Delta T cooking can be selected
4 cooking modes - Hot air only, Hot air with adjustable humidity (ideal for baking), Steam only or Combination cooking steam with hot air
3 speed cooking fan fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!
Cool down mode function - either with door open or closed allows oven to rapidly cool down
USB port - allows recipes to be uploaded via a USB stick and can be used for updating latest software.
Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
Fitted with adjustable humidity controls - ideal for baking
Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting
Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 280'C
All stainless steel construction

Ovens can be stacked 2 high using special stacking kit - please contact office
Oven is supplied with 1 x 5ltr tub of liquid detergent
