This Giorik GR1011P 10 rack electric Cook & hold regeneration oven is ideal for people either wanting to Re-heat pre chilled meals or for Slow cooking overnight using the holding function once cooking times have been reached. It is fitted with fan assisted heating for even heat distribution, programmable controls, humidity control, core cooking probe making it a simple and efficient oven to use.

Features:

Holds 10 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm shelves at 75mm centres
Fan assisted heating means faster heat up time and even heat distribution
Cooking fan automatically reverses - giving even cooking/reheating, no need to turn trays round
Electronic digital controls allow 10 pre-set menus to be set - with 2 cooking phases
Supplied with core cooking probe as standard - automatically switches off the oven when food temperature is reached and will put into hold mode
Fitted with adjustable humidity controls - ideal for reheating or keeping foodstuffs moist
Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes
Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 170'C
All stainless steel construction - with removable ovens racks and radiused corners for easy cleaning
