This Giorik Evolution SDTE062UK, is a heavy duty use Electric bakery convection oven ideal for Supermarkets, Butchers. Convenience stores, etc who want a heavy duty convection oven that will withstand being on for continuous use. It is designed for ease of use with it's ergonomic programmable touchscreen controls

Features:

Capacity - 5 x 30" x 18" UK Bakery trays at 80mm Centres
Touchscreen controls - 7 " easy to use touchscreen controls with programmable controls - upto 99 recipes can be stored
Cooking modes - Hot air only or hot air with push button humidity
Easy service - Multi level shelf cooking each shelf having its own timer allowing breakfast menus etc to be easily designed
6 speed cooking fan - with auto reverse for even cooking results
Cool down mode function - either with door open or closed allows oven to rapidly cool down
USB port - allows recipes to be uploaded via a USB stick and can be used for updating latest software.
Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
Fitted with humidity controls - ideal for baking
Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting
Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 280'C
All stainless steel construction
Options; Retractable hand shower
Oven must be fitted with a water treatment system - warranty will be void without one fitted
