7 Rack Electric Convection/Bake off oven - with analogue controls, 2 speed fan and humidity control - will hold 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm trays

Giorik EME72, 7 rack electric convection oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact size oven with increased power, humidity control and a 2 speed fan, it will take 1/1gn and 600 x 400mm trays making it ideal for "Bake off" use.

Features:

Holds 7 x 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm containers at 75mm shelf centres
Easy to use analogue controls
Oven is fitted with adjustable humidity control
2 speed Cooking fans are fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!
2 Cooking fans and heating elements give fast recovery
2 Internal cooking fans and elements gives fast recovery
Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting
Interior light
Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 270'C
All stainless steel construction
5 or 7 rack oven can be stacked on top using special stacking kit, please ring office for details
A water treatment system must be fitted - warranty will be void if one is not fitted.
