This Chefsrange EKA EK423 Counter-top electric convection/steam oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact oven installing on a 13amp supply and do not have a mains water supply nearby. Ideal for baking, general cooking and regeneration. It is designed for ease of use with it's electronic programmable controls and can be fitted with an integrated condense hood allowing siting in almost any application

Features:

Capacity - Holds 4 x 429 x 345 shelves (will take a 2/3gn tray) at 74mm centres
Water tank Option - The oven can be supplied with an external 7 litre water tank with pump if mains water is not available
Controls - Electronic programmable controls with 99 recipe settings and 4 phases of cooking in each recipe
3 Cooking Settings - Dry heat, Dry heat with programmed variable steam setting, Dry heat with humidity with manual push button
Temperature range - Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 260'C
Cooking fan fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!
Pre heat mode when using a pre-programmed recipe
Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
Construction - 304 stainless steel oven interior 430 stainless steel exterior
IPX3 Rated
Unit is fitted with drop down hinged door with vented double pane glass door - cool to touch
Options; External 7 Litre water storage tank in lieu of mains feed, Integrated Condense extract canopy (must be ordered with the oven) Ovens can be stacked 2 high using special stacking kit - see below
