This stylish Steno PL20B Planetary mixer is specifically designed for confectionery and food work with a design that makes its attractive to be on view to the public. The variable speed control allows the appropriate speed to be selected for each type of mix and can be altered during the mixing without a sudden stopping of the mixing process.

Stainless steel Bowl - Capacity - 20 litres (320mm dia x 300h)
Variable speed controls - adjustable while unit is running allows correct product mixing
Timer - fitted with an electronic timer
Easy ceaning - 4 adjustable stainless steel legs designed to allow easy cleaning around the mixer
Heavy duty white sheet steel finish with thermoformed lid and mouldings
Ease of use - Tools can be changed without the bowl being removed.
Heavy duty gear transmission
Moving parts are fitted on ballbearings - maintenace free and quiet running
Thermoplastic safety lid with safety shut off switch if opened during running
The shockproof transparent lid allows easy viewing,is ceasy to clean and reduces flour contamination in the workplace and aids cleanliness
The lid has a slot for adding products during the mixing process
Supplied with wire whisk, hook and paddle tools
On site warranty - 24 months parts 12 months labour
