Cook Matic is a professional machine for forming and cooking pastry bases from puff pastry, shortbread and savoury shortcrust, ready to be stuffed and decorated. Both top and bottom plates are individually heated allowing you to perfectly bake the product. There are 32 plate patterns to choose from including waffle, cup cakes, pies etc
